You have to be aware of the time zone difference. Once you understand that, then response is prompt and revisions are quickly implemented. However, I didn't make any revision/inquires as to the music and colors used because I couldn't see the designers options. I felt texting would have required to many revisions if he didn't understand what my description of blue or upscale music meant. That is not a reflection on the designer, just a limitation of working on line. I purchased the premium package. My project was an intro/outtro animated logo. I'm happy with the animation and sound effects implemented. It will enhance my video 100%. Great Job
